So, he’s returned to his roots with this gorgeous ‘white Chianti’ which arrives fresh from the 2020 vintage.

Paolo used native grapes Trebbiano and Malvasia (with a dash of Chardonnay for added texture) that grow in Valdichiana, a little-known region in Tuscany that was a favorite of Paolo’s dad, Renzo. The results in your glass are textbook Paolo—elegant, balanced, and food-friendly.
